We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
For international orders (except USA), we provide free shipping for all orders above USD 260. On orders less than USD 260, a shipping charge of USD 25 will be applicable.
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 3 to 4 business days to dispatch orders within India, and 11 to 12 business days to dispatch international orders for our ready-to-wear lines.
We are a make-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. International orders are usually dispatched within 35-40 business days* and domestic orders within 30-35 business days. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.
Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from leffet is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 14 days from the date on which your order was delivered and courier it to the following address:

Please note we do not accept returns for international orders (except USA). Also, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items and accessories, unless it is a quality defect.
Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
A refund/store credit is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount.
In special cases, a refund/store credit is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:
- The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
- The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.
As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 15 days.
Please note that for international exchanges are not possible because return shipments to India attract substantial duty/tax charges and more often than not get stuck at customs and never reach back to us.
Do you offer reverse pick-up?
No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.
